By accessing or using LeadOptima, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
LeadOptima provides a governed enrollment intelligence platform for healthcare organizations. The service includes CRM integration, data validation, custom funnel building, and AI-assisted insights with built-in governance features including versioning, audit logging, and explainability.
3. Early Access Program
LeadOptima is currently in development with a phased MVP rollout. Early access participants acknowledge that:
- Features are being delivered in phases and may change based on feedback
- The platform is provided as-is during the early access period
- Service availability and performance may vary during development
- Certain features described in marketing materials may not yet be available
4. Data and Privacy

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration and keep your account secure
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Maintain appropriate CRM permissions and credentials for data access
6. Intellectual Property
LeadOptima is a subsidiary of CDAID Holdings. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the platform's original content, features, functionality, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and proprietary technology, are owned by CDAID Holdings and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadOptima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, particularly during the early access phase.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
